Planned

Identified for future delivery, but detailed delivery may not have started.

Application / Planning

A specific proposal or project is progressing through planning or assessment.

Approved

The relevant development approval or project approval has been issued.

Construction

Physical delivery works are underway.

Complete

The project or relevant delivery stage has been completed.

MEDQ approved DEV2025/1656, establishing the preliminary Precinct 1 Land Use Plan subject to PDA development conditions.

EDQ recorded DEV2025/1656, the Precinct 1 Land Use Plan application, as properly made on 2 July 2025.

Public Notification

Consultation closes on proposed Taylor Road and Redland Bay Road intersection upgrade

TMR sought community feedback in 2024 on a preferred signalised upgrade for the Taylor Road and Redland Bay Road intersection. Consultation closed on 24 June 2024. Planning is now complete, but the preferred upgrade is not currently funded for detailed design or construction.
